I recently visited WDST 100.1 in Woodstock, NY to promote the Hudson Valley Project compilation record. All proceeds of the album will go to the Family of Woodstock charity. Many friends and great Hudson Valley musicians are included on this amazing project. I have a new song on the record called 'Pyramids, which was a collaboration with my friend Keith Megna on vocals. My cover band Albino Love Slaves contributed a Johhny Cash cover to the album as well. It is now available on all of your favorite platforms!

November 2021
I wrote and recorded a song with Adam Ezra during the pandemic called "Alive". I was thrilled to be able to finally perform it live with Adam at Daryl's House on Nov 7th in front of a sold out crowd! I played all the guitars on the recorded version, he sang - we emailed parts back and forth. This is the first time we've played the song together in person. We kind of free wheeled it as there is no electric guitar on the recording. I think the performance is something pretty special. Here is some video......

Had a blast dressing up as KISS for the Albino Love Slaves gig on Halloween Eve @ AJ Cafe in Wappingers Falls, NY. We added Detroit Rok City, Strutter and Duece to our super electic mix of cover songs. What a great crowd! Always fun jamming with these guys. We'll be at The Chance for the Foodstock charity benefit on November 13th.

I’m very proud to have co-written and recorded the song ‘Alive’ with Adam Ezra Group. It was released July 12th. It’s a beautiful pandemic inspired song. Adam’s Lyrics are beautiful. Check it out here....

I am working on a new song with my great, longtime friend Keith Megna (Blessing Business, Trailer Park Pam) for a “Hudson Valley Allstars’ project. It’s and epic song is called ‘Pyramids’ and I’m super stoked for you all to hear it. Albino Love Slaves will also be contributing a song to the project, as well as many other amazing Hudson Valley artists. Look for that in fall 2021.

I was very saddened to hear about the passing of the great Edward Van Halen. He was a big influence on me growing up. I paid tribute to EVH with the help of drummer Matt Byrne with a cover of ‘Mean Street.' RIP EVH ....

Gigs, 250th Morning Jam, new band project, recordings, songwriting
Hard to believe I've done over 250 Morning Jams to date! It's been each and every Thursday morning without fail for almost 5 straight years!! I'm proud of the consistency and I feel like it's made me a better player. Big thanks to all who tune in and watch each and every week. I've met so many awesome people through this, and have some very talented guests on the show.
I recently formed a new band called Albino Love Slaves with my long-time Dolor bandmate Mike Hamel (Vocals, Bass) and Hatebreed drummer Matt Byrne. It started as a goof just to open for 90's pop star Tiffany at The Chance Theater in our home town. It was so well receieved that we decided to keep it going! We have since played at Foodstock 12 and will be returning to The Chance to open for guitar shredder John 5 (David Lee Roth, Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie) on February 18th. The band does an eclectic mix of covers including Motorhead, Ludacris, Johnny Cash, Chaka Khan & NIN. Mike & Matt can play their asses off, so it's really been a lot of fun for me. Lots of jamming and making the tunes our own. Matt Byrne & I also do an occasional duo gig at the local yacht club.
My original band, Blue Confusion, is wrapping up a 3 song recording. They were recorded at my studio and mixed by yours truly. We have been gigging a bit in New Jersey and look forward to playing more and getting the recordings out into the world.
I have a couple songwriting projects going on at the moment and have just finished guitar recording sessions for Jon Haber (DEC3) and Chris Sahlin. Jon's songs "Lay Here" and "Drunk", and Chris' song "Deja Blue" all sound fantastic and will be released soon.
Instrumental record coming along too. Been working on that in between everything else. Considering just putting out a song at a time. Maybe one a month...not sure. Morning Jam pals Matt Byrne and Brian Doherty have both recorded songs for the new record.

September 8th I sat in for a couple tunes with my friends The Adam Ezra Group at the Towne Crier in Beacon, NY. Always love jamming with these guys when they are in town! So good! Check them out.
September 21st The Blue Confusion performed the Rock The Nest benefit for Sparrow's Nest charity. All told the event raised over 40k for a great cause. I also sat in for a set with The Differents - great group!
October 18th my newest project - Albino Love Slaves (Todd Mihan, Mike Hamel, Matt Byrne) played our first gig at The Chance Theater in Poughkeepsie, NY opening for 90's pop star Tiffany! We played a pretty insane set of covers which included Chaka Khan, Ludacris, Motorhead, En Vogue, Thin Lizzy, Lizzo....you get the idea. The crowd loved it! Can't wait to play another gig with these guys!
I am working hard on my instrumental record. I'm about 80% finished with the recording/mixing. It should end up being about 11 tunes. I can't wait for you all to hear it!
I finished recording another song for DEC3 called 'Baby I'm Drunk'. This is the second new recording since the record 'Too" was released late last year. John Haber is a busy man! Great songs mixed by Grammy winners Chris Lorde Alge and Michael Brauer. Such a fun project to be a part of.
I've got some exciting Morning Jams in the works, I recently had John Regan (Peter Frampton, Ace Frehely) & Matt Byrne (Hatebreed) guest on a cover of 'I Don't Need No Doctor". They will be returning this coming week for another episode!!

Had a great gig with my band The Blue Confusion on April 24th at Daryl's House Club in Pawling, NY. Always a blast playing with my two pals Nik Rael and Jorge Pertuz! Thanks to all who attended the show.
Played an instrumental duo gig with my talented drummer friend Matt Byrne during the Kentucky Derby on May 4th at the New Hambug Yacht Club. What a fun enthusiastic crowd. We are looking forward to doing some more gigs together when Matt gets off the road with his band Hatebreed.

The new DEC3 record 'Too' is now available! I’m very proud to have been a part of this. It's a great collection of songs written by Jon Haber featuring Chris Saulpaulgh on vocals, Steve Jordan on drums, Jon Haber on bass, Shane Keister on keyboards and yours truly on guitar. The album was mixed by 5x Grammy winner Chris Lord Alge. It sounds killer. I’m honored to have worked with such an incredibly talented group of people. Looks like Chris Lord Alge approves of my Morning Jam videos!
